We're going to need to know everything about your Caravan and the Park it's on. To do this, we'll ask you to fill in our Advertising Questionnaire. This can be found at the top and bottom of the page, but there's also a link to it here.

You get to choose between three advertising packages. They vary in price, and the more expensive the package, the more places the advert is put and therefore the more chance to get sold, faster. If you pick the cheapest one, and later decide you want to upgrade, you just pay the difference!

Once we've received the form, we'll get the draft drawn up, edit the photos you've sent us and send it all over to you for approval. Once you're happy, we'll get the advert posted across the various channels you've selected.

Our goal isn't to send you 10 appointments with people who "might" buy. We want to send you as little appointments as possible with people who "will" buy. We don't want to waste your time. Once we've booked a well qualified appointment - someone who understands what Ownership is, has the money ready and is able to move forward with the purchase straight away - we'll contact you and let you know.

This bit should be the easiest. The potential buyer will come to meet you, on a day that you've agreed with them. If we've done our job properly, you should be able to show them round, answer some basic questions and then negotiate a price with them. Whilst we can't guarentee that every appointment will result in a sale, we can promise that we'll do our best to only send you qualified appointments, who have the highest possibility of buying!
