Here's what we do:
The first step to getting you onboarded with us is filling in our Caravan Sales Questionnaire. This gives us all of the information we need to properly market the Caravan for you, and answer any questions that potential buyers might have.
Once we've got the information about the Caravan, we'll arrange a day to come and meet with you. We call this the "onboarding". We'll get photos and videos of the Caravan, and answer any other questions you might have.
This part of the process is done back at the office. We'll be editing the photos, creating the video and drawing up a world class advert for you. We want to capture the incredible Caravan you have for sale, and present it to the market in the best way possible. Once we've drawn up the draft, we'll email it over to you for your approval.
The second most exciting stage is when we place the adverts and make them visible for the world to see. If you've requested extra advertising, we'll send you all of the links to where the Caravan is posted so you can see how the advert looks and share it across your network too, if you want to!
Once someone makes contact with us expressing an interest in the Caravan or Lodge, we'll arrange a viewing with them. We'll make sure the date works with you and doesn't clash with any prior commitments you might have (such as holiday guests in the Caravan, or services happening that day). We'll go with the prospective buyer to the Caravan and do what we do best; try and sell them your Caravan!
If the prospective buyers decide they want to buy, we'll secure the sale, gather their information and send it over to you so you can inform the Park that you've sold. We'll work with you, the buyer and the park, if neccesary, to help get the sale completed as quickly as possible.

So, how much does all of this cost?
Well, hopefully a little bit less than you would expect. In fact, this service costs you the grand total of £0.00. Yes, you read that right. We don't charge you for this service. If you decide you want extra advertising, such as Rightmove, Zoopla, eBay, then of course we have to charge you, but we only charge you the cost price.
How are we able to do this? Well, we broker your Caravan. So, once we've established a price that you're happy with, we add our comission on top. The buyer then pays us this as seperate charge, which secures the sale of the Caravan.
By doing this, we avoid incurring extra change-over fees by your Holiday Park, you're able to walk away with the same amount we agreed and the buyer is able to purchase the Caravan for a great price (far less than they would pay if they bought from the Park directly). Everybody wins!
